Combined with Motor Vehicle Act, Division 27

1. Students must provide a valid Driver’s License, Learner’s License, or foreign driver’s licence before the first lesson. Students must always carry their licence during training.
   
   
2. Payment must be made in advance of each driving lesson, road test session, or selected driving package.
   
   
3. There will be no refunds for driving lessons or road test sessions that have been registered; however, they can be postponed.
   
   
4. There will be a maximum of 3 people (including instructor and student) in the driving school vehicle during the student’s lesson.
   
   

   – Driving instructor

   – Student driver

   – Person who will be students’ supervisor during their own time practices
   
   

5. Practical (in-car) driving lessons (90 minutes):
   
   

   – 5 minutes introduction

   – 80 minutes practical lesson

   – 5 minutes of feedback

6. If you wish to cancel a driving lesson, we require 48 Hours Notice. Missed appointments without notice will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee. Weekend and Monday appointments require notice no later than 4:30 pm the previous Friday.
